Ingredients for 1 large serving, or 2 small servings
- 1 tablespoon pure coconut oil
- 25 grams oat flakes
- 25 grams teff flakes
- 250 ml coconut/rice milk
- 30 grams protein powder
- 1 organic pear
- 1 tablespoon organic cocoa powder
Toppings of your choice:
- Pear pieces
- Cocoa nibs
- Puffed oats with honey
- Walnuts
Preparation:
- Heat the coconut oil and milk in a saucepan
- Add oat flakes, teff flakes, and protein powder
- Cut the pear into pieces and add along with the cocoa powder
- Stir regularly until the flakes are well dissolved and it has a pleasant texture for you
- Add toppings of your choice
