What do you need for approximately 10 muffins?
- 300 g grated carrots
- 250 g plant-based or full-fat quark
- 100 g oatmeal
- 40 g raisins
- 4 pitted soft dates
- 3 eggs
- 1 ripe banana
- 60 g protein powder
- 60 g coarsely chopped walnuts
- 1.5 tbsp cinnamon
- 0.5 sachet baking powder
How to make these muffins?
1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.2. Mix the quark with the banana, eggs, dates, and raisins, then also mix with the baking powder and cinnamon. Blend until smooth.
3. Then spoon in the protein powder, oatmeal, walnuts, and grated carrots.
4. Divide the batter into a muffin tin and bake for approximately 20 minutes. When a skewer comes out clean, the muffins are ready!
5. Let them cool down a bit and enjoy!
