And this time, we'd love to share a new recipe with you: a wintery healthy granola with orange and rosemary! Definitely worth making!
What do you need for this healthy granola?
Ingredients for 1 full preserving jar:
- 200 gr mixed nuts
- 60 gr mixed seeds
- 140 gr rolled oats
- Juice of 2 (juicing) oranges
- Zest of 0.5 orange
- 2 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp dried rosemary
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- Pinch of salt

How to make this healthy granola?

Preheat the oven to 165 degrees Celsius and line a baking tray with baking paper;

Chop half of the nuts finely, leave the rest a bit coarse for a nice crunch;

Heat the olive oil, coconut oil, honey, and orange juice in a saucepan;

Now mix all ingredients well (be careful, the mixture from the saucepan is hot) and spread it over the baking tray;

Place the baking tray in the oven for approx. 45 minutes and stir the granola several times in between;

Let the granola cool completely and store in an airtight jar!
