Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 200g cherries (frozen)
  • 200g pre-cooked beetroot
  • 100ml almond milk, unsweetened
  • Toppings such as blueberries, puffed quinoa, cacao nibs, nuts, seeds, and kernels


How to make this smoothie bowl?
1. Mix all ingredients (except the toppings) in a large bowl and use an immersion blender to create a smooth but somewhat 'firm' consistency;
2. Divide the smoothie into 2 bowls and top with various toppings of your choice!
