How does a supplement consultation work at Charlotte Labee Supplements?
When you request a supplement consultation, you will receive a confirmation and a questionnaire via email. This questionnaire contains important questions about your diet, sleep, and lifestyle, so your therapist can get a clear picture of which nutrients you are consuming, where your body is being stressed (e.g., by alcohol, smoking, stress), and more.

Additionally, you will be asked about how much exercise you get and through which foods you obtain your nutrients. Based on this information, you will receive a customized recommendation in your inbox within 2-10 business days! This recommendation will include all the supplements that can support your specific situation.
