We recommend 75 µg of vitamin D3 per day.

When do you choose drops and when do you choose capsules?

If you choose capsules, we always recommend taking vitamin D with a fatty meal so that the vitamin can be properly absorbed. If this is not possible, opt for drops. For children, we always recommend drops because they are easier to swallow than a capsule.
