You can prepare this chia pudding the night before. Then, in the morning, all you need to do is add some delicious toppings, and you'll have a healthy breakfast in no time! Chia pudding can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days, making it ideal for meal prepping.
Ingredients per serving
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp raw cocoa powder (rich in antioxidants!)
- 150 ml plant-based milk
- toppings of choice
Instructions
- Mix the chia seeds with the raw cocoa powder and add plant-based milk of your choice;
- Stir well and place in the refrigerator overnight;
- In the morning, add fresh fruit and some nuts, seeds, or shredded coconut and enjoy!
Tip: for extra protein, add a scoop of protein powder at step 1!
